These terms govern access to usewolfx.com and the Apex Recovery software service. By using the website or service, you agree to use Apex Recovery only for lawful B2B accounts receivable and recovery workflows.

Service Use

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of invoices, debtor details, contract records, and any communications they approve. Apex Recovery provides workflow software and administrative tooling. It does not provide legal advice.

Payments

Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers. Customers and payers are subject to the terms of those providers when completing payments.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for harassment, illegal threats, evasion, spam, consumer debt collection where not permitted, or communications that violate applicable law.
